Micro Huacatay™ is small to medium in size, averaging 4 to 6 centimeters in length, and features compound, lanceolate shaped leaves attached opposite each other along a long, slender, and slightly fibrous stem. The leaves are dark green with a glossy sheen, deep central veining, and serrated edging. Micro Huacatay™ boasts a strong, anise aroma with a unique flavor featuring anise, spearmint, and citrus notes.
