►KEA Official Notification
As stated in the latest KEA notification, candidates participating in KCET Round 3 Counselling 2026 must submit a new option-entry list. Choices submitted during the previous counselling rounds will not be carried forward automatically to Round 3.
Candidates should add all the colleges and courses they are willing to join and arrange them according to their preference. After completing the selection, they must save and submit the final option list through the designated portal.
KEA has also advised candidates to avoid selecting a college or course merely because seats are vacant. Students should enter only those choices that match their actual admission preferences.
For KCET 2026 Round 3 seat allotment, candidates will be considered for seats that remain vacant after the previous counselling rounds. The round may also include seats that become available due to cancellations, forfeiture, or newly added seats.
KEA has clarified that the number and availability of seats can change during the counselling process. Candidates should therefore check the latest seat availability before submitting their Round 3 preferences.
KEA has informed candidates that no further option modification facility will be provided once the KCET 2026 Round 3 seat allotment result is announced.
Therefore, candidates should carefully review their college and course preferences before submitting the option list. The final seat allocation will be based on the candidate’s merit/rank and the choices entered during the counselling process.
KEA has also cautioned candidates about the financial consequences of cancelling an engineering seat after the completion of Round 3. Students should make their choices carefully and understand the applicable rules before confirming their preferences.
