Emit binding-identity notes after a marked given has been inferred or checked, retaining its completed polymorphic scheme. Substitute solved types during context cleanup and discard binding notes from annotation-redundancy probes. This lets later resolution use final types for forward references without changing ordinary let generalization.

Regression tests cover inferred polymorphism and exactly one declaration note for recursive and nonrecursive annotated bindings.

Full validation: all unit suites, 22 CLI integration tests, all transcripts, edit/load round trips, manual rewrites, docs HTML generation, compiled fix5507 regression, and formatting passed.
