Stack from ghstack (oldest at bottom):
Apply resolved dictionaries and introduce dictionary lambdas at exact AST identities. Preserve argument order and insert dictionaries between explicit arguments at the correct application prefix. Reject missing, duplicate, or unused site identities instead of silently dropping or reassigning decisions.
Regression tests cover repeated source locations, mixed applications, introduction order, invalid site maps, and recursive dictionary trees. The source pipeline is not enabled by this infrastructure layer.
Full validation: all 13 unit suites, 22 CLI integration tests, 391 transcripts, edit/load round trips, manual rewrites, docs HTML generation, compiled fix5507 regression, and formatting passed.
