Grazitti Interactive
Grazitti Interactive blends offshore IT services with a growing product portfolio led by SearchUnify, positioning it between systems integrators and marketing operations boutiques.
Leadership & Corporate Structure
Grazitti Interactive is a privately held digital services and marketing technology consultancy founded in 2008. Alok Ramsisaria is CEO, with a background founding Terasyn Technologies and Regalix and serving as CTO at coVeda. Neeta Ramsisaria, who launched the company, is COO, and Shivraj Asthana is president.
The operating entity is Grazitti Interactive LLP, registered in Panchkula, Haryana, with a US address at 340 East Middlefield Road in Mountain View, California — the same address used by its SearchUnify product brand. Additional offices are listed in Mohali, Canada, Singapore and Australia.
Headcount is roughly 1,200 to 1,400 across the group, though the Indian LLP reported 986 employees as of February 2026.
A Business in Two Halves
The business has two parts. The services arm covers Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics implementation, marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, Braze, Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer), online communities, web and mobile development, digital marketing and analytics, data engineering and BI (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Alteryx), ServiceNow, NetSuite, Boomi and MuleSoft integration, QA, ITSM and information security.
Partner certifications include Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Zendesk, HubSpot, Gainsight, Atlassian and Acquia. Compliance attestations include SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA.
The historical core is narrower than the menu suggests: Marketo and Salesforce work, plus online community platforms including Salesforce Experience Cloud, Khoros, Higher Logic Vanilla, Gainsight, Bettermode and Discourse.
Grazitti was an early Jive and Marketo partner, and Marketo itself is a named reference client alongside Ping Identity and Extole.
Products Set It Apart
The product arm is the differentiator against pure staffing competitors. SearchUnify, an enterprise search and support AI platform, is the largest and operates as its own brand with independent analyst coverage.
Others include Sinergify (Salesforce to Jira), KaseSync (community to CRM case sync), ScoreNotch (community gamification), Autopex (Salesforce operations), Grigo and AutoTestIQ (AI tooling), and a set of Marketo utilities for deduplication, asset backup, form pre-fill and CMS connectors covering WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Shopify and AEM.
Cost-Forward Positioning
Positioning is cost-forward. Offshore pricing appears as an explicit selling point on the company's own site rather than as an implicit assumption, which sets expectations for how engagements are priced and staffed.
