How to change my booking?.
Firstly, You will need to set-up your My Citylink account- click the My Citylink Account button in the top right- hand corner. If you already have a Citylink account, you will have to create a new account on our new website. Create an account today in just a few steps.
Once your account is set-up you will be arrive at your personal dashboard, this is your hub for your travel needs. Where you can amend your booking, see future journeys and buy tickets.
I have lost a personal item.
Leave something behind don`t worry it happens all the time. We are here to help you. If you think you have lost something on a Citylink coach, fill out our Lost Property enquiry form and we'll contact you to collect from our Galway or Cork office.
