Release ACECode 0.9.36 after integrating #106 and #107. This release includes the office hover toolbar and native pin/close controls, improved door/report-in/goodbye animations, explicit channel-dialog closing, and composer selection feedback.
Updates the CMake and vcpkg versions together. The seed revision is unchanged because no seed assets or reconciliation code changed. Tagging and full GitHub/aupdate publication will run from synchronized master after validation.
