…office New members wait for the door to swing open, fade in on the threshold and, once seated, hop with a star and say 报到！ like the original pet's recruits. Leaving members say 再见 after handing in their report, walk out at 1.7x speed and fade out through the doorway. Reduced motion keeps the report-in and goodbye without walking. Simulation-time timers run synchronously so stepped tests and real frames behave the same.

Integrates the completed Claude office animation work: the door opens before members enter, seated arrivals hop and report in, and departing members say goodbye before walking out faster and fading at the threshold. Reduced-motion mode retains report-in and goodbye feedback.
The hover toolbar, pin and close controls from #106 remain intact. Both browser regression sets are retained; their only conflict was the reported check count. The combined 64-check suite passes, along with strict layer, ownership, size, include, documentation-path, map and OpenSpec checks. The source branch is clean and pushed at 38eeec9.
The 48-hour audit covers 46 worktrees. Two upgrade branches are already patch-equivalent to master, all other worktrees are outside the window, and the nine retained migration refs remain untouched.
