The desktop office now reveals its toolbar on hover, waits one second after pointer exit, and provides native pin and close buttons. Unpinning lets ordinary windows cover the office and survives zoom/placement updates; closing the office leaves the main app running. Keyboard focus keeps controls available, while hidden controls stop intercepting clicks.
Also includes completed interaction refinements: channel connect/manage dialogs require their close button, and composer selection tags briefly highlight when selected.
Validation: 57 office browser checks, 14 DesktopPetLayout tests, Windows Desktop build and eight native WebView2/Win32 checks, Web full tests and production build, strict OpenSpec validation, and git diff --check. macOS host changes have source review only at this stage; release CI will compile them.
