Sagay City is a 3rd-class component city in the Philippines. It is part of Negros Occidental in Western Visayas, located in the Visayas.

Sagay City has a population of 148,894 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 330.34 square kilometers. It consists of 25 barangays.

In the 2022 elections, the city had 84,516 registered voters.
