Mary Ann Chiong de los Santos

Mary Ann Chiong de los Santos is a politician from Cebu.

She began her political career as the barangay chairperson of Lahug, a position she held for several years. She was first elected as a Cebu City councilor in 2013 and was reelected in 2016. In 2019, she ran for vice mayor alongside then-mayoral candidate Tomas Osmeña but was unsuccessful, placing second to Michael Rama in a four-way race. She made a successful return to the city council in the 2022 elections.

In the 2025 elections, she filed her candidacy for representative of Cebu City’s 1st District under the Liberal Party. This marks her second attempt at a congressional seat, having previously run for the same position in 2010, where she lost to Rachel del Mar.

She is also affiliated with the local political group Bando Osmeña–Pundok Kauswagan (BOPK).
