Ryanh Mañebo Dolor

Candidate for vice governor of Batangas (2025)

Ryanh “Ian” Mañebo Dolor is a politician from Batangas.

He earned his college degree from the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde. His political career began in the town of Bauan where he succeeded his father, Herminigildo Dolor, as mayor in 2007. He served three consecutive terms until 2016, after which his father returned to office. Following his father’s death in 2018, he was reelected mayor in 2019 and served until 2025.

For the 2025 elections, he filed his candidacy for the vice gubernatorial seat of Batangas as an independent candidate.

In March 2025, Dolor was detained by the House of Representatives for contempt after he failed to comply with a congressional summons related to an inquiry on alleged misuse of public funds in his town. He was arrested upon his return from a trip to the United States.

He is married to Wendah Katrina Dolor, who is running to succeed him as mayor of Bauan in the 2025 elections.
