Candidate for governor of Rizal (2025)
Jose Monge Velasco is a political aspirant and resident of Rizal, who has pursued various elective positions over the years.
He ran for mayor of Antipolo City in the 2013 local elections and sought the governorship of Rizal in the 2016, 2019, and 2022 elections. He was unsuccessful in all electoral bids.
In the 2025 elections, Velasco once again filed his candidacy for governor of Rizal.
