Kyle Clouthier
Business development, lead generation and AI · Clouthier Simulation Labs
I build web apps and websites end to end, and then I bring the customers.
I design, build, host and launch full-stack applications and sites on my own: the frontend, the real-time backend, the database and the hosting, then the SEO, content and outreach that bring people to them. That last part is where most developers stop. I spent twenty years in sales and running businesses first, so I can build the product and fill the pipeline.
I am self-taught, and everything I have built is public: you can open it, use it and check it yourself.
NOW
What I am working on
A free score for any website: can AI find it, and can attack agents get in. Decoys on real sites catch attackers in the act (a scanner stole our fake AWS key and tried to take over the account within three hours), a WordPress plugin puts the same decoys on yours, and a study of the top 100,000 sites shows how the web is handling AI bots. Pro and Agency plans pay for it.
I lead outbound growth across the US and Canada for an Ottawa Microsoft partner that runs call centres inside Microsoft Teams. I built their website and a lead-intelligence tool that finds accounts with a dated reason to buy, and set up their CRM from scratch.
When PHP shipped an emergency fix in October 2026, I built and launched a free checker within hours, with an open-source server script and a GitHub Action. More than 1,600 checks in its first two days, written up by an Ottawa software firm and included in a security briefing for European CISOs.
A real-time strategy game on a 3D globe that people and AI models play in the same wars. It is published as an AI evaluation environment on Prime Intellect, OpenEnv and Kaggle, and I used it to test how 7 frontier models behave under pressure.
The memory layer my AI coding agents use every day, so each work session picks up where the last one stopped. It also gives the AI leaders in SECOND STRIKE a memory of every player.
More on the work page, including FavourBee, Practice Pieces and my open-source tools.
WHY AGENT GRADE
The part I did not plan
In October 2026 I put a free checker online for the PHP2Shell flaw and watched almost two thousand site owners use it in a week. Most had nobody looking after security. The same month, one person used autonomous AI agents to break into more than a hundred companies through their websites, at about fifty dollars a site. Attacks are now cheap, patient and automated, and the defences are still priced and built for companies with a security team.
That bothered me enough to build AgentDecoy: a free score any owner can read in a minute, decoys that catch attack bots and AI agents in the act, and a plugin that puts those decoys on any WordPress site. The catches feed a public record of what is happening to ordinary websites, so the next owner knows what is coming. The score is free and stays free. Pro and Agency plans, and the fixes I do by hand, pay for it. I do not sell the data.
Why trust a one-person shop with this? Because everything it does is in the open except the trap details, it never blocks anyone from reading a page and never fights back, it holds nothing real, and I am the person who answers the email. The sales and agency years are why it is built around what an owner can act on, not a wall of alerts.
It also gets better the more people use it, which is the part I care about most. Every site that joins makes every other site safer and smarter: an address that uses a stolen secret on one Guard site is refused on logins and forms across all of them within the hour, and what the network learns about AI search goes into every score. Small sites get the kind of shared defence big companies pay security teams for.

HOW I WORK
What working with me is like
TRACK RECORD
How I got here
I spent twenty years finding business and closing it, and building companies from the ground up: a digital agency, construction and property businesses. When AI began reshaping that work, I went all in on building with it. The sales years are why my software gets used: I know how to put it in front of the people who need it.
