Welcome Day 05.10.2026 r. (PL/EN)
5 października 2026 roku w Sali Senatu Politechniki Częstochowskiej odbyło się spotkanie powitalne dla nowo przybyłych studentów zagranicznych uczestniczących w programie Erasmus+, wymianie bilateralnej oraz studentów pełnego toku studiów na kierunkach prowadzonych w języku angielskim. Wydarzenie zostało zorganizowane przez Centrum Studentów Zagranicznych w ramach corocznej inicjatywy „Welcome Day”.
Z uczestnikami spotkania przywitał się Prorektor ds. Rozwoju, dr hab. inż. Rafał Kobyłecki, prof. PCz. W wydarzeniu uczestniczyli również wydziałowi koordynatorzy Programu Erasmus+, którzy na co dzień wspierają studentów podczas ich mobilności oraz w czasie studiów w Politechnice Częstochowskiej.
W ramach projektu „Politechnika Częstochowska dla wszystkich – CUT for ALL”, nr umowy BPI/WTP/2024/1/00034/U/00001, realizowanego w ramach programu „Welcome to Poland – nabór 2024”, na uczestników wydarzenia czekał poczęstunek oraz drobne upominki.
Jednym z elementów spotkania był również quiz poświęcony Politechnice Częstochowskiej oraz Częstochowie. Stanowił on okazję nie tylko do sprawdzenia swojej wiedzy, ale także do lepszego poznania uczelni i miasta oraz ciekawostek z nimi związanych.
On October 5, 2026, a welcome meeting for newly arrived international students was held in the Senate Hall of Czestochowa University of Technology. The event was attended by students participating in the Erasmus+ programme and bilateral exchange programmes, as well as full-time international students enrolled in degree programmes taught in English. The meeting was organised by the International Students Office as part of the annual “Welcome Day” initiative.
The participants were welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Development Rafał Kobyłecki, PhD DSc Assoc. Prof. Faculty Erasmus+ coordinators also took part in the event. They provide ongoing support to students throughout their mobility periods and studies at Czestochowa University of Technology.
As part of the project “Czestochowa University of Technology for All – CUT for ALL”, Project No.: BPI/WTP/2024/1/00034, implemented under the “Welcome to Poland – 2024 Call for Proposals” programme, the participants were treated to refreshments and received small welcome gifts.
One of the highlights of the meeting was a quiz about Czestochowa University of Technology and the city of Częstochowa. It provided an opportunity not only to test the participants’ knowledge, but also to learn more about the University, the city and interesting facts related to both.
