Microsoft 365 Tenant ID Finder
This tool queries publicly available OpenID Connect (OIDC) metadata and federation endpoints associated with the domain you enter. Every Microsoft 365 tenant publishes a “well-known” configuration file that allows external services to identify how to authenticate users, this tool simply parses that public data to show you the Tenant ID.
Simply enter a valid Microsoft 365 domain and click Find Tenant ID to find the tenant ID.
Is This Information Public?
Yes. A Tenant ID is not a secret or a security credential, it is a public identifier, much like a physical mailing address. Knowing a Tenant ID does not grant access to the tenant’s data, but it is a required piece of the puzzle for establishing secure, authorised connections between two organisations.
