Terms of Service

These terms apply to the hosted services GrayCode AI runs: this website with its account dashboard, and GrayCode Cloud (together, “the Services”). By using the Services you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

Rho, Flux, Rover, Across, Trace and GrayCode Skills are open-source projects. Your use of them is governed by their licenses (MIT), not by these terms. You can use, modify and distribute them as those licenses allow.

The Services are alpha software. Features may change, break or be removed, and there is no uptime commitment. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

The Services are free. We have no paid plans and take no payments. If we introduce a paid plan, we will publish its price and ask you to agree before charging anything.

• You use your own API keys with LLM providers, follow their terms, and pay their costs
• You keep your account password and device tokens safe
• You give accurate account information
• You don't use the Services for anything illegal, or try to disrupt, overload or break into them
• You review changes made by AI agents before you ship them

We may suspend or remove accounts or devices that abuse the Services or put other users at risk. You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account.

The Services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages from using them, including code changes made by AI agents.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page; for significant changes we will also tell account holders.
