.NET: [Sample Request] Add Chroma vector memory sample #9244

Problem

The .NET AgentWithMemory samples have no sample that uses Chroma.

Use Case and Evidence

microsoft/semantic-kernel#12510 asked for a Chroma provider, and it now exists: CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma (CommunityToolkit/AI#58).

Desired Outcome

A sample that stores chat history in Chroma and recalls it in a new session.

Alternatives Considered

Adapting the Cosmos DB sample of Step 08 by hand.

Proposed Direction

A Step 10 modeled on Step 08, with ChatHistoryMemoryProvider over ChromaVectorStore.

Scope and Non-Goals

Sample only, no change to the Agent Framework API.
