…#29147) Adds the distribution details to Agent Relay's Current state section: the container image and Helm chart are public and need no registry credentials, while the source is not. Backports the Agent Relay doc updates that landed on
mainbut are missing from the published 2.37 docs.Cherry-picked commits:

git cherry-pick -x. No new install or configuration steps: Agent Relay is still closed preview and the page continues to route readers to their account team.Not included: #29174 (the Claude Code provider page). Let me know if that should ship in 2.37 too.
