Adds the C# documentation of the Chroma vector store connector, CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma 1.0.0-preview. The provider was requested in microsoft/semantic-kernel#12510.
chroma-connector.md: the C# zone said "Not supported". It now has the sections of the Qdrant page: overview, limitations, getting started, data mapping with the property name override, and hybrid search, which needs Chroma Cloud. The Python and Java content is unchanged. The preview warning moves into each zone, as on the Qdrant page, and a parity comment lists the sections.index.md: the C# row of Chroma links to the page instead of saying "Planned". Chroma has no official .NET SDK, so the connector uses the community ChromaDotNet.Client, and the row has ❌ under "Uses officially supported SDK", as for Pinecone.Every C# snippet on the page compiles against the package from nuget.org. The filter clauses, data types, distance functions and limitations in the tables were checked against Chroma 1.5.9 in Docker, and the hybrid search snippet against Chroma Cloud.
