本日（9/27）11時頃に決済した5件の取引が履歴に表示されない。スクエア端末にて、決済時は「決済完了」の文字が表示されたが、履歴が出てこない。一部はレシート発行をしてお客様に渡すことができている。
午前中の売り上げデータがなくなっています。電話は繋がらないし、メールの返信もない。至急対応してほしい。昨日から同様の事象がいたるところで起こっているとネットでしりました。システムの影響であることは間違いないのだから日曜日だろうが対応はしてもらわないと困る
サポートに電話しても繋がらないのでこちらに投稿していますSquareハンディを使っていますが、先程カード決済の反応がなくなり、一度再起動しました再起動後にレポートを確認したところ本日の売上が0になっておりました午前中に行ったカード決済情報なども全て消えています大至急対応をお願いします
スクエアターミナルを使っているのですが、取引の履歴が先ほどから全く出なくなりました。入力、決済はできているようなのですが、反映されていないので実際にできているかは不明です。とりあえず現金のみに切り替えましたが、取引履歴に残らないので、あとからレシートをください、と言われましても対応できません。
