Visibly distressed, she approached our SHA Information Desk for help. Understanding the situation, our staff immediately stepped in and began searching across the boarding gates, while coordinating with the CISF team and CCTV Control Room. (1/3)Soon, our team spotted an elderly gentleman looking around anxiously and recognised him as her husband. He was safely reunited with his wife, bringing visible relief and happiness to both. (2/3)Their heartfelt thanks and blessings made the moment all the more special. Because at Delhi Airport, passenger care goes beyond operations. It is about empathy, reassurance and being there when it matters most. (3/3)
