We do not need more data to know it's a comet.
Avi has been claiming these data showing it's a comet are "inconclusive" so that he can continue to talk about it possibility being a spacecraft.
His justifications for this are erroneous, as any planetary scientist can tell you.
Avi is very smart and accomplished, but he is not an observational astronomer, has no background in planetary science, and apparently does not (or does not want to) understand how the very standard technique of non-sidereal tracking of comets works.
