Greg Schwartz shared thisEnjoyed taking the stage at #ShoptalkFall with Hitha Herzog to talk about learnings from the first 10 years of StockX and the three new business models we launched this year: Live Shopping, Listings, and Mystery Boxes. The short version: 10 years is just the beginning of the journey. Access and trust made StockX the leading global marketplace for culture. The next decade is about expansion into a multi-experience platform with new, used, live and gamification in one place, all still built on the same trust layer we started with a decade ago. Two areas I'm bullish on that came up in the conversation: Live Shopping. We're still in the early innings:roughly 1% of US e-commerce today vs. ~30% in China, and projected to hit $100B across the US and Europe by 2030. It's native to how the next generation discovers and buys and the signal we're already seeing on StockX Live is exciting. AI in the customer experience. Most of the industry, including StockX, has been transforming how it operates behind the scenes with AI. The next opportunity for brands and marketplaces is using it to change how people actually shop —our new AI photo-based Listings experience is just the start. Thanks to the Shoptalk team and to Hitha for the discussion.

Greg Schwartz shared thisWe recently opened early access to StockX Live and have already seen thousands of customers engaging. Live shopping has changed how people discover and buy — it’s social, it’s fast, it’s fun. Since launch, U.S. customers on iOS have been joining live auctions that start at $1, entering free giveaways, and chatting directly with some of the best sellers in sneakers, apparel, and vintage. The launch of StockX Live was just our starting line. This week, we launched our first Pokémon live shows with graded slabs, raw singles, sealed product, and rip and ship. Trading cards have been one of the fastest-growing categories on StockX, and Live is where the category really thrives. The format was built for this: the pull, the reaction, the chat going off as it happens. Expect new shows, categories, and features rolling out weekly, with Android, web, and international expansion to come. There's plenty more on deck, and we’re offering $1 shipping on all Live orders through Aug 31. Learn more here: https://stockx.com/live

Greg Schwartz shared thisToday we dropped our latest quarterly trend report, Big Facts: Brands Making Moves, highlighting the fastest-growing brands on StockX year-over-year. Some of the takeaways... Trading card values keep climbing, Supreme is back, and Jordan is showing real signs of recovery. The sheer range of brands is as notable as the rankings, with this years’ list including both household names as well as more insider-leaning labels like Godspeed and Bravest Studios. The report also covers early trends from StockX Listings, our recently-launched marketplace for vintage and used sneakers, apparel, and accessories. We reveal some of the most expensive sales (including a Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandouliere Monogram Macassar 55 and a Nike Air Yeezy 2 Pure Platinum) as well as where buyers are finding value. Greg Schwartz shared thisEach summer we have the opportunity to bring the StockX team together in Detroit for our annual Summer Jam event and Global All Hands. We recognize outstanding team members, share the progress we've made and preview what we have coming up. This All Hands meeting felt particularly significant, as we’re on the heels of three big announcements: StockX Listings, StockX Mystery Boxes, and StockX Live. I'm grateful to our team for the work that got us here, and more optimistic than ever about what lies ahead. We have a lot more coming up in the second half of the year: -- StockX Listings: We launched with iOS on June 24, and our desktop experience went live last week. Next up: feed personalization to make it even easier to discover Listings products, plus seller storefronts and the ability to favorite products and sellers. -- StockX Mystery Boxes: We're seeing exciting engagement daily. To keep up with demand, the team is adding even more inventory and new categories in the coming months. -- StockX Live: Live shopping is coming to the StockX platform for the first time, and in the coming months we’ll be adding more shows, sellers, product categories, and features. It's a huge privilege to be building with talented team members around the world.

Greg Schwartz shared thisFollowing our recent announcement of StockX Live and the launch of StockX Listings, excited to share today’s launch of StockX Mystery Boxes. With Mystery Boxes, we're offering something the category rarely does: a guarantee that every item in a StockX Mystery Box is worth at least what you paid, before processing fees. You can see the odds before you buy, and pricing is based on real market data. And if an item isn't your style, you can sell it back for StockX credit — which you can spend anywhere on our platform. We entered this category with the belief that Mystery Boxes should work for the customer, not against them. I'm grateful to a team that keeps proving we can build for the long term without ever losing sight of who we're building for. Check it out: https://lnkd.in/gcEdPD4j

Greg Schwartz shared thisToday we launched StockX Listings, bringing used sneakers and apparel — including vintage — to our platform for the first time. When we think about product evolution and expansion, we think first about solving customer problems and the feedback we’re hearing from our community. StockX Listings is an example of us taking that feedback and putting it into action. In addition to buying new, deadstock products, our customers also want to hunt for vintage pieces and sell items they've already worn. With the launch of StockX Listings, we can now offer our customers access to the full spectrum of what current culture has to offer. From product & tech to marketing & operations, this doesn’t happen without a passionate team working behind the scenes to ensure we’re delivering on our X-Factor “The Bottom Line is the Customer.” A few things our team is especially proud of: -- AI is at the center of our Listings experience for sellers. We’ve developed new AI photo analysis technology to take sellers from a product photo to a listing faster than ever before. -- We focused on simplifying the browsing experience for Listings using structured data which is often missing in traditional listings-based marketplaces. This means grouping the same items together, surfacing market data for used products, and giving buyers a more streamlined and organized feed — the same discipline we brought to the sneaker resale market when we launched single product pages 10 years ago. -- Trust remains at the core of everything we do. Every StockX Listings order is covered by our StockX Buyer Promise. Additionally, StockX Listings features identity-verified sellers, digital pre-listing assessment, best-in-class content moderation, and optional verification on eligible products. We already have tens of thousands of listings live for our iOS users in the U.S., with more being added daily. Our U.S. seller waitlist is open, and sellers will have zero seller fees at launch. We’ll be expanding to Web, Android and more categories in the months ahead. Check it out: https://lnkd.in/gPk_Cx_G

Greg Schwartz shared thisWe just dropped our latest Big Facts report, which dives into some of the year’s biggest product drops according to release-day sales on StockX. Some of these rankings are historic — not just for the year so far, but all-time. Jordan Brand broke its previous release-day record in the apparel category, Timberland and Nike did the same in the shoe category. Vans and Swatch came close, both securing second-place highs for their brands in the sneaker and watch categories. On top of all that, we also ran the numbers to see which national fanbases spent big ahead of their teams taking soccer’s biggest stage. It's hard to pick my favorite Zeno flex... - the fact that they boost their working class end customers' take home pay by up to 50%? - the fact that they're building critical clean energy infrastructure in markets poised to 'leapfrog' our fossil ways? - the fact that people are organically fangirling over their Zeno Emaras on YouTube and TikTok? - how fast they've built this? - how little capital they've spent? - their choice to build real technical IP that no one else has? - the fact that they could one day become a major energy utility for some of the most populous regions of the world? - the fact that lots of investors said "emerging markets, nooooo....!"? (love a contrarian bet) or all of the above?? So proud and impressed with Michael Spencer and the whole Zeno team, grateful they let me ride along on their journey, and excited for what's next 🏍️ 💫

One of my agentic commerce predictions for 2026 in this recent Forbes piece: Matt Nichols, General Partner at Commerce Ventures, notes that the mechanics are already in motion. Looking ahead, he predicts that this year, "Agentic commerce transaction volume reaches meaningful levels as consumers advance from research to buying on AI platforms. 2026 will be the year that transactions are completed in these platforms." To this prediction, Nichols adds another: retailers will be forced to build "super-feeds" specifically for AI platforms. “These data feeds may involve monetary transactions that could include payments to AI platforms or payments to the retailer/brand (depending on balance of power).” https://lnkd.in/g65RAerA

🚨NEW EPISODE: Recorded live at FUTURE TITANS 2026 - Jeff Perry of Carta sat down with the iconic Seth Levine, co-founder of Foundry. Seth has been in venture for 25 years, built Foundry from scratch as an emerging manager himself, and has backed about 50 emerging manager funds through his fund of funds. He has genuinely seen every side of this table. They went deep on building Foundry, why VCs are in the influence business, not the decision business, and why the concentration problem in venture is not only bad for LPs, but also for the innovation ecosystem overall. And why Seth's new book, Capital Evolution, is so important for the future of America. 🎧 Links to listen... Apple: https://lnkd.in/ehQUQ2EM Spotify: https://lnkd.in/eU4FExpg

Resale is one of the fastest-growing sectors in commerce, but scaling it is complex. Product intake, authentication, pricing, and listing are still largely manual, slowing growth and limiting margins for retailers entering the resale space. HAMMOQ Inc. solves this by automating resale operations. Their AI-powered platform handles product listing, content generation, pricing optimization, and marketplace management, enabling retailers and recommerce platforms to scale sustainably and profitably. At Silicon Road Ventures, we invested in Hammoq because they’re powering the operational backbone of the circular economy, making sustainability not just a value, but a viable business model. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gyeuJgu9 Discover the exceptional founders who are forging the future of commerce: https://lnkd.in/gyikTJ3c #PortfolioCompany #CircularEconomy #AI #RetailTech #Automation #Recommerce

Randian Capital a Shareholder of Snap Inc. Publishes Open Letter to Board and Management, and Announces Snap Investor Town Hall On 4/6 at 7PM EST live on X "Snap’s governance structure—in which public shareholders have effectively no voice—is among the worst we have encountered across public markets. The Company’s governance and capital allocation practices together represent a textbook case of how to prevent the formation of a durable, long-term shareholder base. "Snap’s stock currently trades near an all-time low, having declined over 80% since the IPO (based on IPO close price to 3/30 closing price). Shareholders—many of them retail investors who believed in the Company’s vision—have endured years of value erosion with no credible path to recovery in sight. If the Board does not act with urgency, we believe Snap faces a real risk of permanent impairment and irreversible decline." #governancearbitrage #valuecreation #corporategoverance https://lnkd.in/gJRcfuVG
