Adaeze Okelze reposted thisAdaeze Okelze reposted thisJOB ALERT!!!! 🚀 Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) (m/w/d) Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid / On-site / Remote) Industry: AgTech / Predictive AI & Data / SaaS About Our Client Our client is a well-backed, rapidly growing Agricultural Intelligence startup revolutionizing sustainable farming. Backed by a major global industrial venture partner, they build live SaaS and Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions that convert complex field and agronomic data into actionable, predictive insights for farmers and cooperatives worldwide. Their mission is clear and practical: to democratize next-generation Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and applied agronomic AI, delivering real impact directly into the hands of growers in the field. The Opportunity: Why This Role Matters The future of agriculture is shifting from reactive reporting to proactive forecasting. Over the next 12 months, our client is transitioning their platform from showing what happened to predicting what’s coming next. As CPTO, you will unite Product Strategy, Machine Learning/Data, and Engineering under one vision. You will act as the single product & tech voice on the Executive Team and to the Venture Board, taking complete ownership of transforming raw agronomic data into a trustworthy, commercial predictive engine. Adaeze Okelze reposted thisAdaeze Okelze reposted thisHonestly, I find it fascinating how far the human mind has come in understanding how the natural world works…Physics uncovered the "laws" behind motion, energy and light. ⚛️ Chemistry revealed what everything is made of and how it transforms. 🧪 Biology showed us the complexity of living organisms 🧬…and mathematics gave us the language to describe all of it. Piece by piece, we've turned the invisible into something we can understand and measure. 📐 At Deep Tech Night Photonics and Quantum Technologies edition, last week, I was excited to finally announce our new CORE Topic, which we launched live on stage! When we think about technologies of the future, it’s clear the world's complexity goes beyond what we can sense and measure. But what if we could? With Photonic Sensors, we actually can. 💥 〰️ Tiny vibrations running through a machine long before it fails. Magnetic fields around a beating heart that could signal someone is about to faint. Chemical traces in a single breath that could reveal disease before any symptom. The exact shape of a room in total darkness. 🔆 So much of this is happening all around us all the time, just beyond our reach. But we can change that! I can’t wait to receive your startup applications in this Photonic Sensors CORE Topic. I foresee incredible solutions for our society with this technology and I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing how your company can impact the world positively with a new level of sensing. 〰️ Does your startup have custom photonic hardware, or an existing chip design you want to turn into a product with Photonic sensors? This is the right program for you! We’re looking for startup teams with 2–3 co-founders and a clearly defined, high-precision sensing application, craving to build. We offer full-cycle product development from fabrication and packaging to chip integration into a system. Read more about it and apply here: https://lnkd.in/dAw9bB-a. 👨🔬 Huge thanks to Moritz Kleinert, Head of Hybrid Photonics Integrated Circuits, for sharing your knowledge with us all! 🎤 And a shout-out to the founders In-Ho Baek from Luxonnic, Dr. Alexander Knuettel from AKmira optronics GmbH. And Dr. Daniel A. Vajner from AQLS.EU, that embrace the philosophical question from the audience on how the quantum internet would look like - curious about the event content? watch it on our youtube here: https://lnkd.in/d9RDDTz8

Adaeze Okelze reacted on thisAdaeze Okelze reacted on thisWhat a year. With about 3 months left, it's tempting to keep chasing "what's next." But I want to sit in the milestones 2026 brought first. Sept 2024: • Took a professional break and moved to Europe. (a.k.a "A Leap!"😮💨💪🏾) Early 2026: • Graduated as a University of Europe for Applied Sciences alumna with my Master's in Innovation Design Management (GPA 92.2, thesis with distinction).🎉🎓 Today: • Proud of the growth this chapter gave me. I sharpened my ability to turn ambiguity into strategy and went deeper into where culture, design and speculative futures actually meet real commercial decisions. What's next will come. For now, the next chapter is already taking shape, one deliberate step at a time. Thank you to Corri Latapy for capturing this moment, my mentor and faculty Dean, Prof. Johannes Kiessler, Till Julian Huss my theortical and thesis guide and by extension the UE faculty. Cheers 🥂

Every day, hospitals record cardiac pressure waveforms during routine procedures. These signals hold far more physiological information than is currently used. Accessing it usually requires specialized catheters that are costly, complex and rarely available. That's where we come in: we develop algorithms and software that extract meaningful hemodynamic insights from routinely recorded pressure data, without additional catheters or workload. A few milestones so far: 🏆 First place at the Hessen Ideen Competition 2026 - https://lnkd.in/eYQHipv2 📄 Our approach has been published in the Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation - https://lnkd.in/ecmgSKis 💻 Our Online Single-Beat Analyzer is freely available for researchers: hemodynamix.de We're currently preparing to found our company, and we'd love for you to follow along as we take the next steps. Adaeze Okelze reacted on thisAdaeze Okelze reacted on this🏆 Hemodynamix wins the Hessen Ideen Competition 2026! Yesterday in Frankfurt, our team was awarded 1st place at the Hessen Ideen Wettbewerb, competing against eleven outstanding finalist teams from universities across Hesse. We are proud, grateful, and more motivated than ever. Hemodynamix unlocks information that is already there. Cardiac pressure curves are recorded during many routine procedures, but most of what they reveal about heart function goes unused. Our software analyzes this existing data with advanced algorithms, with no extra catheters and no extra workload for clinical teams. Our prototype is already being used in clinical studies to systematically evaluate ventricular pressure curves. This recognition would not have been possible without many people, and we want to say thank you: ➡️ Hessen Ideen and the Hessian Ministry of Science and Research, Arts and Culture (HMWK) for creating a platform that brings research-based startup ideas into the spotlight ➡️ The ECM team for encouraging us to compete in the first place ➡️ The jury for their time, sharp questions, and trust in our idea ➡️ Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, the Tello Lab, the Cardio-Pulmonary Institute (CPI), and the Institute for Lung Health (ILH) for their continuous support ➡️ Our fellow finalists: it was an honor to pitch alongside you What comes next With this milestone behind us, our focus is now clear: commercialization. We are moving from a validated research prototype toward a product that can be used in everyday clinical practice. We know this path is not easy. MedTech ranks among the most demanding fields for startups: certification under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and, for the US market, FDA clearance, robust clinical validation, quality management systems, long hospital sales cycles, and questions of reimbursement all require time, expertise, and capital. Many promising innovations never make it past these hurdles. We are preparing for exactly these challenges: by building on our strong clinical and scientific foundation, planning the regulatory pathway early, and growing a team and network that can carry Hemodynamix from the lab into the clinic. Let's talk 🤝 We are looking for investors and partners who share our belief that better use of existing clinical data can transform cardiovascular care, and who have the patience and experience to back a MedTech journey. If that sounds like you, or you know someone who should hear about Hemodynamix, please reach out. Univ. Prof Dr. med. Khodr Tello - Dr. med.
