- Hi, I'm Anson Alexander, and welcome to Numeric Data Entry Fundamentals. In this course, I'll show you how to use a numeric keypad to increase your productivity and efficiency when working in spreadsheet applications. If you're just looking to learn how to properly use a numeric keypad, or if you find yourself buried in spreadsheets all day long, this is the course for you. We'll go over which finger is used to type each key on a numeric keypad. Then, I'll show you how to use the keypad to enter formulas and perform calculations in a spreadsheet application.
