      • 在 RAGFlow 修过一个典型的坑： 同一个 embedding 模型，库里可能存成新的 UUID 或旧的 model@instance@provider 组合串。 Agent 检索节点直接比原始 embd_id，同一模型也报 different embedding models。 教训：比身份前先 resolve，别比字面量。
