2 Commission des arbitres
Commission de l'UEFA qui a notamment pour tâches de désigner les arbitres pour les compétitions de l'UEFA, de mener un programme de développement pour donner des instructions et former les arbitres, de découvrir et de soutenir des arbitres internationaux prometteurs, de proposer des membres pour le Panel des directives d'arbitrage et le Panel de certification d'arbitrage, et d'étudier leurs propositions.► La Commission des arbitres est soutenue dans son travail par les instructeurs d'arbitres, les observateurs d'arbitres, le Panel consultatif des arbitres, le Panel des arbitres de haut niveau, le Panel des directives d'arbitrage et le Panel de certification d'arbitrage. Afin de mener à bien son programme de développement, la Commission des arbitres dispose de quatre sous-commissions: Sous-commission Désignations des arbitres, Sous-commission Instruction, formation et développement, Sous-commission Mentors et jeunes arbitres, et Sous-commission Observateurs d'arbitres.
A UEFA committee whose main duties are to appoint referees for the UEFA competitions, to conduct a development programme to instruct and educate referees, to identify and support promising international referees, to propose members for the Refereeing Certification Panel and the Refereeing Guidelines Panel, and to study proposals from these two UEFA expert panels.► To carry out its development programme, the Referees Committee has the four following sub-committees: Sub-committee for Referee Appointments, Sub-committee for Instruction, Education and Development, Sub-committee for Referee Mentors and Talents, and Sub-committee for Referee Observers. The Referees Committee is supported in its work by the Referee Instructors, the Referee Observers, the Referees Consultative Panel, the Top Referees Panel, the Refereeing Guidelines Panel and the Refereeing Certification Panel.

Les fonctions de délégué de match, d'observateur d'arbitres et/ou de responsable de la sécurité du stade peuvent être réunies.
