КАМ
В телевидении может применяться QAM модуляция различного уровня от 16 QAM до 256 QAM. Уровень модуляции определяет количество состояний несущей, используемых для передачи информации. Число бит, передаваемых одним состоянием, определяется как Log N где Т — уровень модуляции. Так, модуляция 16 QAM передает 4 бита информации, а модуляция 256 QAM — 8 бит. На рисунке показано пространство сигналов при модуляции 32 QAM и 64 QAM.
Очевидно, что чем выше уровень модуляции, тем большими скоростными возможностями и меньшей помехоустойчивостью она обладает. QAM модуляция более чем QPSK и 8PSK1 чувствительна к нелинейным искажениям и шумам радиотракта. Поэтому она почти не используется для каналов спутниковой связи.
В коаксиальных линиях связи, характеризующихся высоким отношением несущая/шум, и с высоким отношением амплитудной (передаточной) характеристики, используется преимущественно QAM модуляция разного уровня. Стандарт DVB-С предлагает в качестве основной использовать 64-уровневую QAM-модуляцию, позволяющую в канале с полосой пропускания 7.92 МГц обеспечить скорость передачи данных 41.34 Мбит/с и полезную скорость, с учетом помехоустойчивого кодирования — 38.1 Мбит/с. Сигналы этого уровня не налагают особых требований к качеству распределительного тракта и, как правило, могут быть добавлены в уже существующие сети.
Для ретрансляции спутниковых потоков актуальным является использование и 32 QAM. В этом случае в кабельном канале обеспечивается скорость передачи данных 34.367 Мбит/с, совместимая со скоростью передачи в спутниковых каналах связи. Полезная скорость передачи составляет при этом 31.367 Мбит/с.
Во вновь проектируемых кабельных сетях возможен переход к модуляциям 128 QAM и 256 QAM, но он потребует ужесточения норм на неравномерность АЧХ, ГВЗ и уровень отраженных эхо-сигналов в радиотракте кабельной сети.
QAM модуляция используется и для передачи данных по сетям кабельного ТВ.

В телевидении может применяться QAM модуляция различного уровня от 16 QAM до 256 QAM. Уровень модуляции определяет количество состояний несущей, используемых для передачи информации. Число бит, передаваемых одним состоянием, определяется как Log N где Т — уровень модуляции. Так, модуляция 16 QAM передает 4 бита информации, а модуляция 256 QAM — 8 бит. На рисунке показано пространство сигналов при модуляции 32 QAM и 64 QAM.
Очевидно, что чем выше уровень модуляции, тем большими скоростными возможностями и меньшей помехоустойчивостью она обладает. QAM модуляция более чем QPSK и 8PSK1 чувствительна к нелинейным искажениям и шумам радиотракта. Поэтому она почти не используется для каналов спутниковой связи.
В коаксиальных линиях связи, характеризующихся высоким отношением несущая/шум, и с высоким отношением амплитудной (передаточной) характеристики, используется преимущественно QAM модуляция разного уровня. Стандарт DVB-С предлагает в качестве основной использовать 64-уровневую QAM-модуляцию, позволяющую в канале с полосой пропускания 7.92 МГц обеспечить скорость передачи данных 41.34 Мбит/с и полезную скорость, с учетом помехоустойчивого кодирования — 38.1 Мбит/с. Сигналы этого уровня не налагают особых требований к качеству распределительного тракта и, как правило, могут быть добавлены в уже существующие сети.
Для ретрансляции спутниковых потоков актуальным является использование и 32 QAM. В этом случае в кабельном канале обеспечивается скорость передачи данных 34.367 Мбит/с, совместимая со скоростью передачи в спутниковых каналах связи. Полезная скорость передачи составляет при этом 31.367 Мбит/с.
Во вновь проектируемых кабельных сетях возможен переход к модуляциям 128 QAM и 256 QAM, но он потребует ужесточения норм на неравномерность АЧХ, ГВЗ и уровень отраженных эхо-сигналов в радиотракте кабельной сети.
QAM модуляция используется и для передачи данных по сетям кабельного ТВ.
