Государственное управление, ответственное за взимание и установление таможенных и акцизных сборов, а также налога на добавленную стоимость (НДС) (VAT). Впервые таможенные комиссары были назначены королем Карлом II в 1671 г.; Управление акцизов, ранее входившее в Департамент налогов и сборов, было объединено с Таможенным управлением в 1909 г. В состав Таможенного и акцизного управления входит отдел расследований, отвечающий за предотвращение и расследование уклонений от уплаты установленных законом налогов и сборов и введение ограничений на ввоз некоторых товаров (например оружия, наркотиков и т.д.). Статистическое подразделение Управления ведет статистику внешней торговли на основе таможенных импортно -экспортных документов.
