The historic preservation elements of the Phase 1 Exterior Preservation & Accessibility Project at Old Town Hall have reached substantial completion.
However, due to the delicate nature of the excavation work needed to install the accessibility ramp on the southeast façade of building, a project timeline extension is necessary.
At this time the City has approved a project extension of 8 weeks. Anticipated completion date is now Aug. 31, 2025.
