Privacy Policy

This policy covers ProFullStack, Inc. ("ProFullStack", "we"), this website, and the products we build and run, including myna (mynaposter.com), MediaAnalyzer (mediaanalyzer.pro), DiskPush, moshcode and our other apps and services. Some products have their own privacy page with details specific to them; where a product page says more, it applies to that product.
Information We Collect
Information you give us: what you send through a contact form, a consultation request, email, or a support conversation; and, when you create an account on one of our products, your email address and whatever that product asks for to work.
Information from using our products: the data a product needs to do its job, such as the files you choose to process, the posts you schedule, or your settings. Several of our tools run on your own computer and keep your data and credentials there; the product's own page says what, if anything, reaches our servers.
Payments: when you buy something, the payment is handled by our payment processors (for example CoinPay for cryptocurrency). We receive what we need to record the purchase and deliver it, not your full card details.
Technical data: our hosting providers keep standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting, for a short time.
How We Use Your Information
To provide, maintain, secure and improve our products and services; to respond to you; to send service email (sign-in links, receipts, security notices); and, as our Terms of Service describe, occasional news and product updates you can unsubscribe from with one click. We do not sell personal information.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Many of our products connect to services run by other companies: social networks, AI model providers, calendars, cloud storage, payment providers, advertising, analytics, directory and outreach services. When you connect or turn on such an integration, it may be necessary to share certain information with that provider so the feature works, for example your public handle, the link or text you are publishing, a file or preview you asked to have processed, or the email address you gave it. We share only what the integration needs, only when you have connected or enabled it, and the provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to what it receives. We also use hosting, database and email delivery providers who process data only on our behalf.
Google User Data
Some products can connect to your Google account, only if you choose to. myna, for example, can connect to Google Calendar to create, update and delete events for posts you schedule and to list your calendars so you can pick one. Each product asks only for the access its feature needs and explains it on its own privacy page (see mynaposter.com/privacy). Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI or machine learning models.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove any of our apps from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Data Retention
We keep account data while your account exists and delete it within 30 days of your request or of closing the account, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records). Data a product keeps on your own computer stays there until you delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@profullstack.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR or the CCPA, and we honor them.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit and, where a product stores credentials, encryption at rest.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above.
