AutoCAD doesn’t usually come cheap, which is why this flash sale is worth a look. For a limited time, a one-year subscription costs $338.97 (reg. $2,095). At 83% off, it’s a lot easier to justify, whether you’re a working architect, an engineering student, or someone who finally wants to draft that deck addition properly.

AutoCAD does both precise 2D drafting and 3D modeling. You get professional tools for dimensions, annotations, layers, and layouts, plus solid, surface, and mesh modeling for product, architecture, and engineering work. Native DWG support means you can open, edit, and share the file format most CAD teams already use.

The newer AI features are where it gets interesting. Smart Blocks detect, create, and replace reusable blocks, so you’re not redrawing the same elements over and over. Markup Assist interprets markups, and Activity Insights tracks drawing history. Both help when several people are revising the same project.

What else is included?

  • Specialized toolsets for architecture, mechanical, electrical, MEP, Plant 3D, Map 3D, and Raster Design

  • AutoLISP, scripts, APIs, and macros for automating repetitive tasks

  • Cloud collaboration through Autodesk Docs

  • Customizable tool palettes, workspaces, templates, and shortcuts

There are a few things to know before you buy.

This is a one-year subscription, not lifetime access, and it covers one device. It runs on Windows 10 and 11, and on Macs with macOS Ventura, Sonoma or Sequoia, so check the full system requirements first. It’s open to new and existing Autodesk users, and you’ll need to redeem your code within 30 days of purchase.
