New and existing AT&T customers can pre-order through the AT&T app, online, or in-store, and the trade-in terms are simple: any old Google Pixel qualifies, regardless of its age or condition. So even if your current phone has a cracked screen, a dying battery, or is a few generations behind, it still counts toward a brand-new Pixel 11 Pro at no extra cost.
There's some fine print worth knowing before you sign up. The $0 deal requires an installment plan paired with AT&T's Extra 2.0 plan or higher (at least $80/month before discounts), and it applies to the 256GB model after 36 monthly bill credits. Credits kick in within your first three bills, but if you cancel service, they stop, and whatever's left on the device balance becomes due. A $35 activation or upgrade fee, plus taxes and other charges, also applies.
