One note under the CLI options table, right after the existing "this table highlights common options" line.

The gap. The table documents --system-prompt, --system-prompt-file, --append-system-prompt and --append-system-prompt-file. All four act on a default the guide never shows. That matters in two directions: --system-prompt silently discards it, and --append-system-prompt puts your text after it — and a reader deciding between the two has no way to see what is at stake.

The note says what is at stake and points at wire captures of that default: 19–26k characters depending on model and entry point, archived per model with the date and a reproduce command. Also worth knowing for this guide's audience — the interactive CLI and the print/SDK path do not send the same prompt or the same tool set, so "the default system prompt" is two different things depending on how the session started.

Archive: OrcaPromptVault, AGPL-3.0, every artifact labelled captured or vendor-reported, no vendor source code or credentials involved.

Two lines added, nothing else touched.

Disclosure: I work at Continuum AI, which maintains that archive.
