• As a team lead, I manage the project timeline, hand out tasks across the team, and oversee delivery.
• Set up the architecture for a domain-driven, multi-tenant SaaS platform using Next.js middleware, wildcard subdomains, custom domain mapping, and database-backed tenant resolution. One codebase serves multiple products.
• Faster API responses came from the Node.js and Express backend I built on top of Supabase for data hydration.
• Wrote reusable Node.js packages and custom AI integrations, so the team stops rewriting the same data-handling logic, and repetitive data workflows mostly run themselves.
• Make.com and Zapier webhooks now handle a lot of the manual data work and keep CRM interactions in sync.
• To fix layout shifts on 4K and HD displays, I wrote a custom screen-scaling utility in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• GSAP and Framer Motion animations that hold 60 FPS, with motion logic in reusable hooks so scrolling stays smooth.

• Building a Natural Language Processing (NLP) framework that accounts for cultural differences, instead of relying on standard majority voting that silences regional perspectives.
• Mapping text to specific demographic markers so the model understands local context and slang, rather than forcing a single global standard on every phrase.
• Using ATOMIC 2020 to create an adaptive cultural layer that helps the AI tell the difference between friendly local banter and actual cross-cultural insults.
• Setting up Explainable AI (XAI) that grounds model decisions in real human terms: the speaker's true intent (xIntent), the impact on the listener (xReact), and what it says about the speaker (xAttr).
• Targeting an expected 84.5% Macro-F1 score by evaluating demographic groups independently and treating human disagreement in data as a useful signal rather than just throwing it out as noise.
