Install:

1. Clone files to your localhost
2. Run Composer and install dependencies

1. '/tasks' List all tasks of the user (GET method)
2. '/tags' List all tags of the user (GET method)
3. '/task/{id}/tags' Get one task by ID and all tags related to this task (GET method)
4. '/tag/{id}/tasks' Get one tag by ID and all tasks related to this tag (GET method)
5. '/task' Ability to add a new task (POST method)
6. '/tag' Ability to add a new tag (POST method)
