Adds the UDAX planning docs: 8 ADRs (engine, CLI/UI interfaces, visual language, ownership, steering, agent config) and 5 RFCs (engine runtime, harness adapter protocol, persistence/sync, desktop shell, canvas rendering), each with an index README. Adds an implementation plan under
docs/plan/. Addsudax-deck/, an HTML slide deck (with fonts, CSS/JS, graph) and a PDF export of the UX proposal for the IDE UI.
