go.mod updated Module path "github.com/santhosh-tekuri/jsonschema/v6" version from "v6.0.2" to "v6.0.3"

## bugfixes:

- empty instLocation for propetyNames and contentSchema
- fix intLocation for items and additionalItems validation
- check invalid floats NaN/Inf
- fix closing quote check in email validation
- ensure both are numbers in equals validation
