Moves the console's legend disclosure behavior into the owned @supermemory/memory-graph package so consumers no longer need to patch compiled npm bundles.

The legend and nested Connections disclosure now keep aria-expanded, reveal state, and chevron rotation synchronized. Their height and opacity transitions retain the existing reduced-motion override.

Bumps the package to 0.2.4; merging to main triggers the existing trusted-publishing workflow. Once published, supermemoryai/mono#3286 can consume 0.2.4 and remove its consumer patch without regressing the legend.

Validation:

  • bun run test — 198 tests passed
  • bun run check-types
  • bun run build
  • Biome check on changed files
  • git diff --check
