Two strict mode issues #1007
Description
Hi,
I run my tests after resolution of #980, most errors are gone, great, thanks.
Now there are still only 2 failures from 123 tests, both regard strict mode, both should fail:
{"a":[ ,4,null,8]}is parsed as [null,4,null,8]{"a": 0.}is parsed as 0
I apparently fixed both on my machine, I tried to provide two p.r.

@eleumik, I thought we had fixed all of the strict mode problems. Thanks for catching these. Feel free to open a PR if you have a fix that will work with this lib. Otherwise I will look into getting it fixed this weekend - @marilynel
