(main is behind its own releases, missing the 0.7.1+ persist-reload work).
Byte-identical to published 0.8.1 + version bump. __core_version__ = 2.0.12.

chore(release): bump version to 0.8.2 (#30)

Based on tag v0.8.1 (the published source), not the stale main branch — main
had diverged behind the 0.7.1+ persist-reload work, so releasing from it would
have regressed _reload_vectors_from_kv / _reload_index / persist_directory.
This branch is byte-identical to published 0.8.1 + the version bump.

release: v0.8.1 — bundle SochDB 2.0.12 native engine (#29)

Bump __version__ 0.8.0 -> 0.8.1 and __core_version__ 2.0.11 -> 2.0.12. The 2.0.12
engine adds parent/view metadata + parent-aware grouped search (on top of
fastembed + the recall/optimize work). Engine-only bump, no SDK API change.

feat: optimize() for max recall + bundle engine 2.0.11 (0.8.0) (#28)

Add Collection.optimize() and VectorIndex.optimize() binding the new hnsw_optimize
C FFI export (engine 2.0.11): exact layer-0 rebuild (NN-descent + connectivity
repair) that lifts recall toward exact-kNN quality after a bulk load. Validated:
high-dim synthetic recall 0.90->1.00 (m16) / 0.95->1.00 (m32). Bumps __version__
0.7.1->0.8.0, __core_version__ 2.0.10->2.0.11. Adds tests/test_optimize.py.
