Added the Sonatype Nexus icon.

The older Nexus logo used to look different (like the image I attached), but they have updated their branding.

I couldn't find a standalone SVG on their main product page, but I found the new official logo on page 6 of this official Sonatype PDF document: https://www.sonatype.com/hubfs/Q2%202019Accelerate%20Innovation%20with%20Automated%20Security.pdf

Since it's also officially documented and available on Wikimedia Commons, I have updated the source link in the JSON to point there, and I extracted the clean hexagon mark from it for the SVG: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Logo_of_Sonatype_Nexus_Repository.svg

I have force pushed the requested changes. Please let me know if it looks good!
