feat: align presets support (#962)

This pull request updates the supported and bundled changelog presets,
simplifies preset installation requirements, and updates the
documentation to reflect these changes. The most important changes are:

**Dependency updates and cleanup:**

* Restored `conventional-changelog-angular` as a direct dependency, and
as default preset.
* Removed several unused or unsupported changelog presets from
`devDependencies`, such as `conventional-changelog-atom`,
`conventional-changelog-ember`, `conventional-changelog-eslint`,
`conventional-changelog-express`, and `conventional-changelog-jshint`.

**Documentation updates:**

* Updated the `README.md` to clarify that only the `angular` and
`conventionalcommits` presets are included by default, and that other
presets must be installed separately. The list of possible values for
the `preset` option was also reduced to only include the supported
presets.

fix(deps): upgrade conventional changelog packages to latest major (#955

)

This pull request primarily updates dependencies with focus on
maintaining compatibility and improving reliability by using newer
conventional changelog package versions.

**Dependency updates:**

* Updated several dependencies to their latest major versions, including
`conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits`,
`conventional-commits-filter`, and `conventional-commits-parser`
* Updated development dependencies such as
`conventional-changelog-angular`.
* Removed unused `conventional-changelog-writer` dependency

**Test adjustments:**

* Simplified the regular expression for the `headerPattern` in the
`parseOpts` test case by removing named capture groups, likely for
compatibility with the updated parser.

BREAKING CHANGE: From `conventional-changelog-parser@v7`, footer notes
must start at the beginning of a line, a leading space now defeats note
detection.

BREAKING CHANGE: From `conventional-changelog-parser@v7`, named capture
groups in `headerPattern` now take precedence over
`headerCorrespondence`. In v6 the correspondence array won, in v7 the
named groups win and the correspondence keys come back `null`.

chore(ci): update Node.js engine version and test matrix (#946)

This pull request updates the Node.js version requirements across the
project to ensure compatibility with the latest Node.js releases. The
key changes are:

**Node.js version support:**

* Updated the Node.js version matrix in the GitHub Actions workflow
(`.github/workflows/test.yml`) to test against Node.js versions 22.22.2,
24.15, and 24, replacing the previous versions 20.8.1, 20, and 21.
* Changed the `engines.node` field in `package.json` to require Node.js
version ^22.22.2 or >=24.15, reflecting the new supported versions.

BREAKING CHANGE: Now require Node.js `^22.22.2` or `>=24.15`

feat: make `conventionalcommits` default preset (#858)

This pull request updates the default commit message parsing preset from
`angular` to `conventionalcommits`, aligning the project with the
Conventional Commits specification.

### Changes Made

* Updated the implementation in `lib/load-parser-config.js` to use
`conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits` as the default preset
instead of `conventional-changelog-angular`.
