Verification

The attached npm tarball was built from the immutable v0.1.17 tag, installed into a clean temporary prefix, and verified with catalog --json (25 clients).

The npm latest tag currently remains on v0.1.14 while trusted publishing is being completed. Until it catches up, the attached GitHub Release tarball is the canonical v0.1.17 installation path.
