Business operations & analytics · CRM systems · vendor and payroll operations · data-driven reporting
Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
I work where business operations meet data. I run the systems a business depends on day to day (CRM, vendor, payroll, point-of-sale, and insurance operations) and turn what they record into reporting people can act on. When the right tool doesn't exist, I plan it and have it built with Claude, an AI assistant that writes and runs most of the code. Coding isn't my specialty. I'm focused on operations, analytics, and CRM roles, not software engineering.

One place to track EIN records, licenses, and insurance policies (and the documents behind them) for 20 business entities.
- Access control enforced in the database: admin, editor, and viewer roles backed by Postgres Row Level Security, not just hidden buttons
- Nothing expires unnoticed: license and insurance alerts at 30 and 60 days, plus a monthly check for missing cash sheets with automatic email reminders
- Built for the field: staff can take a photo of a document with their phone camera and upload it on the spot
- Accountable: database triggers record every create, edit, and delete in an audit log

A go / no-go study for a new venture, run the way a research analyst would. The venture is kept under a codename, and every figure shown is an illustrative placeholder.
- Market and competition: market sizing from the top down and bottom up, competitor types, and a Five Forces review
- Financial model: per-order profit, a 5-year projection, return metrics (NPV, IRR, payback) and sensitivity across three scenarios, in tested Python
- Risk and decision: a scored risk register and a weighted scorecard that leads to a recommendation with conditions
