Yarp device for Whisper

 cmake --build .
 cmake --install .

 git clone https://github.com/robotology/yarp-device-speechTranscription-whisper
 cd yarp-device-speechTranscription-whisper
 mkdir build
 cd build
 cmake -GNinja -DWHISPER_ROOT=~/my_whispercpp_installation_dir ..
 cmake --build .
