v0.23.0, commite2a3fabbc520c1ac1e6f39373cd81fe928135ce7(2026-06-21). - Purpose: a reviewed, pinned source for the packages that WavePoint
copies into its own tree. The computation code in
packages/caelusalways comes from upstream; fork-local engine changes are limited to distribution boundaries (thecaelus/data-coreexport) and this status section. The chart-wheel package inpackages/wheelis the one place the fork develops beyond upstream: its layout kernel is maintained here. - Sync policy: WavePoint copies from an explicit reviewed fork commit,
never mutable
main. Upstream updates land by merging a reviewed upstream tag intomain, re-running the fullciworkflow, and re-pinning the new fork commit in WavePoint's sync manifest. - Validation policy: every pinned commit must pass the fork's
ciworkflow (conformance suite plus the compiled package tests) before it ships. Therelease(npm publish) andlive-smoke(upstream production probe) workflows are disabled on this fork. - Development policy: each fork-side change lands through one
sg-<issue>-<slug>branch and one pull request into forkmain, with theciworkflow green before merge. Forkmainotherwise only moves by merging reviewed upstream tags. - Scope: WavePoint adopts the
packages/caelusengine and thepackages/wheelchart wheel.caelus-delineations-pdis not adopted; interpretation content is evaluated separately and stays out of the copied artifact.

The Python reference engine and data-fitting pipeline live in python/;
they mint the coefficient data and golden fixtures and are not a runtime
dependency.
