Testing
License: Wheel bundles SimpleBLE (BUSL-1.1, redistribution permitted), dbus-libs (AFL-2.1 OR GPL-2.0-or-later), systemd-libs (LGPL-2.1-or-later) and libcap (BSD-3-Clause OR GPL-2.0-only); upstream ships no licence text for the system libraries, so the build adds it.
