Add _AbstractPath class 
The `Path` class is now an *implementation* of `_AbstractPath`; its methods
call functions in `os.path`, `io`, `pwd`, etc, whereas the corresponding
methods in `_AbstractPath` instead raise `NotImplementedError`.
